Solution: Induction Heating Design
In recent years, metal heating using electromagnetic induction phenomena for various applications has been conducted.
In particular, in the case of induction heating using high-frequency power sources, eddy currents are generated only near the surface of the workpiece (the object being heated), causing the temperature to rise. However, as the temperature increases, the heat generation shifts to the interior of the workpiece. In experiments, to address this complex phenomenon, one can only infer the internal conditions based on temperature measurements at the surface of the workpiece or deduce the temperature rise process from the microstructure distribution of the workpiece cross-section after heating. JMAG can visualize this complex phenomenon and capture its causes.
